Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of day tickets, season passes and other services via the website mettmi.ticketova.com. By clicking the purchase button, you accept these GTC and the Privacy Policy.

Contractual partner

Gemeinde Mettmenstetten

The technical processing of online ticket sales is carried out by an external service provider. This provider is not a contractual partner and assumes no liability towards customers.

Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded upon completion of the order process. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT where applicable. Online payment is processed via Stripe (credit card, debit card and other available payment methods). Payment is due at the time of order.

Tickets & validity

Day tickets are valid only on the selected date and entitle the holder to one entry. Each ticket contains a single-use QR code. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Season passes are personal, non-transferable and valid for the specified season. To create a season pass, your first name, last name, date of birth and a photo are required. The photo is used exclusively for identification at entry and will be deleted after the end of the season. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy. In case of misuse (e.g. sharing with third parties), the season pass will be revoked without refund.

Partner codes & discounts

Partner codes and discounts are only valid for eligible persons and only in conjunction with the respective partner's conditions. Eligibility is verified upon redemption. The necessary data is shared with the partner for this purpose. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy. Discounts redeemed fraudulently will be revoked retroactively. Partner codes cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & refunds

Purchased day tickets and season passes are non-refundable and will not be cancelled after purchase.

House rules

By purchasing a ticket or season pass, you accept the house rules of Badi Mettmenstetten. Please note in particular the {BADEREGELN}, the regulations regarding {HUNDE} as well as the {SUP} rules. The house rules are available on our website and on site. Violations of the house rules will result in immediate removal without refund.

Liability

Gemeinde Mettmenstetten is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, weather conditions or official orders. There is no right to a refund in case of adverse weather conditions. Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Liability for slight negligence is excluded. The external technical service provider is not liable for the services of Badi Mettmenstetten.

Severability clause

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Applicable law & jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Mettmenstetten ZH.
